Executive Chef
Born to an Italian-Breton mother and a Parisian father, both accountants, the chef trains at Drouant in Paris, where MOF Louis Grondard is his mentor. He then works for Anne-Sophie Pic, Thierry Marx, Michel Roth, and Yannick Alléno, before holding several positions in French-speaking Switzerland. He is also an aspiring member of the Compagnons du Tour de France des Devoirs Unis.
